The Warden Group is a full-service boutique literary agency and management firm representing writers of film and television.  Founded in 1989 by former William Morris Agent David Warden, our clients include Emmy-Award winning writer/producer Darin Morgan (X-Files, Fringe); screenwriters Sam Hamm (Batman, Never Cry Wolf); Richard Outten (Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland); Robert Roy Pool (Outbreak, Armageddon); and Miguel Tejada-Flores (The Lion King, Revenge of the Nerds).  Our reps have also been involved in the sale of many original screenplays, including Sleepless in Seattle, Witness, Enemy of the State and Deja Vu, which sold to Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and the Walt Disney Co. for a record $5 million.  

 We also represent internationally renowned underwater explorer and treasure preservationist Barry Clifford, who discovered the world's only authenticated pirate ship; and famed UFOlogist Dr. Steven Greer, founder of CSETI (Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence) and subject of the documentary film Unacknowledged.
